Service Description

One hour session over the phone, Facetime, Messenger or Skype with a week of email support. First appointments are all about getting to know you. Its best if you write down a list of things that you would like me to work on during the session. People who are highly depressed, stressed or anxious, tend to bury their negative emotions and focus on negative thoughts. My sessions revolve around identifying those negative thoughts at its source and help strategise ways to retrain the brain to think more positively.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up 24 hours prior to your set appointment time. If you cancel within the 24 hour limit then your appointment is non-refundable.
